up close it should smell like amonia but you should not be able to smell it just from using the bath room any time you have a nose catching smell from the south pole go to the doctor that means that steril enviroment has been invaded. BE CAREFUL your urinary tract is a sterril enviroment and should not have a foul smell. i ended up with a right nephrectomy (kidney removed) and a husterectomy before i was 20 years old. i would drop to my knees in pain it would give no sign i would just be doing what ever and BAM felt like lightning ripping through me just terrible pain. they are lesions on the vagina that look like scar tissue. but it is scar tissue in the vagailal walls and at times it can come loose and then begin to rot from loss of blood supply. neverthe less you need an ulta sound have them check you out for endemotrosis i spelled that wrong deffinatly. Hi, i think you need to tell the doctor you want an ultra sound. Any ideas of what I might want to mention to the Doc would be great. I plan on making another appointment right away, but I thought I’d also see what I could find on the Internet. Kind of like a small cramp, but it never happens when I’m on my period. I’ve also occasionally gotten a bad shooting pain in my pelvis that last for a second or two then quickly goes away. I’d also like to mention that on that particular Doctors visit I had my first pap and it came back clear. Not a gross smell(not like pee has a good smell anyway), just really strong. Now it’s worse then ever and there is this horrible smell(kind of like something rotting), and my urine has an extremely strong smell. I don’t quite remember, but she told me to use cornstarch to absorb the moister down there. Anyway, she told me something about having the most sweat glands on your genitals and how the moister can cause itching and something or other. I had waved away the odd discharge and forgotten about it by this point. So I mentioned the itching to her during the visit. It was reddish/brown so I figured it was just the last remnants of my "crimson wave", but then some vaginal itching started occurring. It was very small, and only happened once. 4-5 months ago I went to the doctor because I had a strange discharge shortly after I finished my period.
